Conditional probability

This occurs when it is given that something has happened.

The example below shows the weather on day 1 and day 2.

Let’s find the probability of it raining on the second day:

\frac { 1 }{ 50 } +\frac { 4 }{ 125 } \quad = the probability that it rains on the second day.
