  3. Technical data includes your internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
  4. Transaction data includes details about payments or communications to and from you and information about the services you have purchased from us.
  5. Your profile includes information such as your username and password, your interests, preferences, any special educational needs, the learner’s school year and report, and feedback and survey responses. Please note that if you choose a username that includes or reveals your name or any other personal information, this will be publicly available on when you comment/review on our website.
  6. Marketing data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us; communication preferences; responses and actions in relation to your website and information provided on it.
  7. Your profile includes information such as your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, and feedback and survey responses.
  8. Booking history including booking requests, subjects booked, set-up test while using our digital resources, any online meeting and recordings of your bookings

Electronic recordings from CCTV, tutoring session, video conference calls, communication history with other users, your interaction with Shalom Education Tutors, records of referral codes shared, redeemed and any promotions that have been applied to your account. All photo’s, videos and conference recordings may be used to protect learner’s, Tutors and employees and may be used as evidence to support any complaint.

Tutors and Employees

  4. Transaction data includes details about payments (including National Insurance Number), references, DBS Verification and communications to and from you and information about the services you have purchased from us.

  6. Electronic recordings from CCTV, tutoring session, video conference calls, communication history with other users, your interaction with Shalom Education Tutors, records of referral codes shared, redeemed and any promotions that have been applied to your account. All photo’s, videos and conference recordings may be used to protect learner’s, Tutors and employees and may be used as evidence to support any complaint.
  7. Any other information relevant to your role as a tutor on our website.

We employ for advertisement may collect when you view our ads on either our platforms or third-party platforms (e.g., IP address, referrer, browser information, request timestamp, etc.). We would like to refer you to the privacy policy of these third-party websites so that you are aware of what information may be collected and how to opt-out.

Information we process because we have a contractual obligation with you

When you create an account on our website or use our services, or otherwise agree to our terms and conditions, a contract is formed between you and us.

In order to carry out our obligations under that contract, we must process the information you give us. Some of this information may be personal information.
